How to Flash ClockworkMod Recovery on Motorola DROID RAZR

Step 1: Download RazrBootstrap.apk and CWMOnBoot . Transfer CWMOnBoot directly under the /sdcard directory on your RAZR. We will be flashing this in a later step.

Step 2: On your RAZR, enable Unknown sources from Settings > Applications so you can sideload APKs. Once this option is enabled, you must open the RazrBootstrap.apk, install it and boot into recovery from it.

Step 3: Once you enter recovery, select install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard > RAZR-CWMOnBoot-Global-J.Y.Daddy.zip

Step 4: After flashing, reboot your device.

Step 5: Launch SuperUser > RazrBootstrap and set the status of Razrbootstrap to denied. The developer has emphasized that this is very important.

Step 6: Reboot again.
