Apple Makes iOS 4.1 Available to Developers Includes Promised Signal Bar Changes

Apple has just seeded the first update to iOS 4.0. Update iOS 4.1 is available to devs in Apple’s iPhone Developers Program. Included in the update are the promised changes to the formula for calculating signal strength bars. However, this will almost certainly not fix the iPhone 4’s antenna/reception issues.
