Samsung has confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.2 update will come to all carriers this September. Get those spoons ready — FroYo is coming your way.

The Samsung Galaxy S is one of our favourite phones of 2010, thanks to its excellent screen and superlative video-playing skills, but the phone is about to get even better. Samsung has confirmed over Twitter that the Android 2.2 update is in the works, and will be delivered to all carriers this September.
